Job Summary


We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic team to represent a leading automotive brand. You'll be responsible for generating new business, managing existing accounts, and providing an exceptional level of service to every customer. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sales strategies and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties



Engage with customers to understand their needs and help match them with the right commercial vehicle. Guide customers through the buying process, from arranging test drives to discussing finance options. Develop strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals. Maintain an accurate customer database and follow up all leads promptly. Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets for commercial vehicles. Provide tailored finance, leasing, and aftersales solutions. Stay up to date with new stock, special offers, and promotions. Deliver a first-class customer experience from initial contact through to handover.

Experience



Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality is desirable. Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers at all levels. Proficiency in using Dealer Management System and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
