Overview:
Join our dynamic team as a Commercial Sales Executive and drive significant revenue growth! We're looking for a passionate and proven sales professional with a track record of success in the commercial vehicle sector. This role is primarily based at our Devon HQ, with some hybrid working options available.
Responsibilities:
Drive Business Growth:
Develop and implement winning sales strategies that deliver measurable results.
Generate New Business:
Proactively identify and cultivate new business opportunities, building strong relationships with potential clients and key decision-makers.
Understand the Market:
Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and evolving customer needs.
Collaborate and Achieve:
Work closely with the sales team to achieve and exceed collective sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting team success.
Maximise Client Relationships:
Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services to existing clients, strengthening partnerships and increasing revenue.
Track and Report:
Utilise CRM software and other sales tools for accurate sales tracking, reporting, pipeline management, and performance analysis.
Requirements:
Commercial Vehicle Sales Expertise:
Proven track record of success in Commercial Vehicle sales, ideally within a B2B or commercial sales environment.
Relationship Building:
Exceptional ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Communication Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
Organisational Prowess:
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Results-Oriented:
A self-starter with a results-driven mindset and a passion for exceeding targets.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
