Job Summary

:
The Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive is responsible for driving vehicle sales and promoting customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service. They act as the main point of contact for potential car buyers, guide them through the sales process, and meet individual and team sales targets. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, product knowledge, and the ability to negotiate effectively to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Customer Engagement

:

Greet and assist customers on site and over the phone, understanding their vehicle needs and preferences. Present and demonstrate various car models, explaining features, benefits, and pricing. Offer expert advice on financing options, warranties, and after-sales services. Negotiate prices and terms with customers to secure sales and close deals.

Lead Generation & Follow-up

:

Generate leads through various channels (walk-ins, phone inquiries, online leads, etc.). Follow up with leads, build relationships, and encourage repeat business. Maintain a database of potential customers and ensure regular follow-up to nurture leads.

Sales Targets & Performance

:

Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Customer Service & Satisfaction

:

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to ensure high customer satisfaction. Handle customer complaints and concerns professionally and work towards resolving them in a timely manner.

Administrative & Documentation

:

Complete all required paperwork for sales transactions, including contracts, financing applications, and delivery forms. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and follow-ups.
OTE 60k

Pay: up to 60,000.00 per year
