- A Commercial Vehicle Sales Manager who has an enthusiastic personality and is self - motivated.
- Experience leading a team to achieve targets.
- Do you have a minimum of 2 years automotive, sales management experience?
- Are you able to display leadership, great communication, strategic thinking, empathy, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction?
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting colleagues within your team.
- The ability to listen well, and have the skills to influence and persuade in both positive and negative circumstances
- Hold a full driving licence for a minimum period of 6 months
