Job Description

Part-time, zero hours contract. To be based at Loveitts, Coventry and to cover the surrounding areas. Variable hours between Monday to Saturday.

As well as offering rural advice and professional services, SBK manage commercial and residential property portfolios, residential sales and lettings, valuations, general practice work, planning and architecture, development, strategic land promotion, client accounting, block management and compulsory purchase.


We are seeking a motivated and personable Commercial Viewing Representative to join our dynamic Commercial team. As a Viewing Representative you will play a crucial role in showcasing properties to potential buyers and tenants, providing them with detailed information and ensuring a positive viewing experience.

Key Responsibilities.



Conduct property viewings with prospective buyers and tenants. Provide detailed information about the properties including features, benefits and surrounding amenities. Answer any questions and address concerns from potential buyers and tenants. Gather feedback from viewings and report to the sales team. Assist in preparing properties for viewings, ensuring they are presented in the best possible light. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market and current listings. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives. Ensure all viewings are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements



Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in real estate. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A proactive and positive attitude. Knowledge of the local property market is a plus. Smart, personable with a professional demeanour Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle.
