Role Description:

Due to multiple new site wins, Specialist Window Cleaning Ltd are looking to hire an experienced Commercial Window Cleaner to join our ever expanding Commercial cleaning team, the role will be commercial window cleaning via Reach & Wash and MEWP's at multiple sites across the Edinburgh (City of Edinburgh).

Our teams use a combination of cradle, MEWP and abseil, as well as traditional methods to achieve the desired results for each and every client.

Duties and

Responsibilities

To carry out works scheduled by the supervisor or line manager in a timely, safe manor. To be expected to operate MEWP's so will need experience of working at height. Be aware of the condition of the equipment to ensure that all equipment is in safe working order, checked regularly and serviced. Report any faults to supervisor/ management. Comply with all Company & Client policies and statutory regulations relating to Health & Safety, safe working practices hygiene, cleanliness, fire and COSHH. This will include your awareness of any specific hazards in your work place. Follow client/company guidelines with regards to the identification and reporting of health and safety hazards e.g., blocked/locked fire doors. Ability to interact effectively at all levels with clients and staff, and to represent SWC in a competent and professional manner. Report any customer complaints or compliments and take some remedial action if at all possible. Report immediately any incidents of accident, fire, theft, loss, damage or other irregularities to the Line Manager/ supervisor. Going the Extra Mile' attitude. Uphold company standards of excellence and service, guaranteeing quality performance. Cover roles during periods of holidays and sickness Carry out other reasonable tasks as directed by management. Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and appearance and general cleanliness to comply with statutory and Company regulations, wearing company uniform as specified To attend any meetings or training courses. Working at Height experience MEWP's (Essential) Sound knowledge of Health and Safety (Essential)
