Electrical Supervisor

, you will oversee electrical engineers on-site, ensuring projects are completed to high standards and in line with regulations. You must be confident in your leadership abilities, capable of managing teams, and able to undertake jobs independently when required.

Communication with the office, clients, and site personnel is required, and candidates must be able to do so politely and efficiently. You will be representing the company, ensuring quality work is produced and that you are tidy, respectful, and knowledgeable when liaising with clients.

A keen eye for detail and pride in your work is essential for maintaining an excellent work standard.

Within the structure of our business, there is the opportunity to progress into more senior roles.

A company vehicle will be provided, so a full valid UK driving license is essential. Additional training and courses encouraged and provided for further development.

Requirements:

5+ years in the electrical industry. Supervisory or project management experience required. Must be competent in domestic and commercial settings.

Qualifications & Certifications:

Full UK driver's license (required) NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (required) IPAF Certificate (preferred)

35,000.00 - 50,000.00
