We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial/Industrial Roofer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven time-served experience in roofing, with the ability to work efficiently on large-scale commercial and industrial projects. Experience with cladded roofing systems, including installation, repair, and maintenance, as well as working with membranes and tiles, is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, repair, and maintain commercial and industrial roofing systems, including cladded roofs, membranes, and tiles. Assist with roofing system installations and support the team in completing projects safely and efficiently. Ensure roofing systems meet safety and quality standards. Interpret technical drawings and specifications. Collaborate with project managers and site teams to meet project deadlines. Conduct site inspections and quality checks. Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
Requirements:

Proven time-served experience as a roofer in commercial/industrial environments. Ability to work confidently with cladded roofing systems, membranes, and tiles. Strong understanding of roofing systems and materials. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications. Good physical fitness and safety awareness.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

Experience installing roofing access equipment (roof ladders, scaffolding, etc.). Ability to work safely and efficiently at heights. Accreditation or certification in IPAF, PASMA, or similar for working at heights (or willingness to train if candidate shows strong potential). Training in roof safety, plant operations, or other relevant areas is a plus. We are willing to support the right candidate in obtaining these qualifications
