Commis Chefs

Your Role at a Glance

As a

Commis Chef

, you'll play an important part in our kitchen's success. Day-to-day, you'll help prepare and cook a variety of delicious dishes made from fresh ingredients, from hearty breakfasts to tasty lunches and homemade deli items. You'll assist our senior chefs with food prep, keep the kitchen clean and organized, and ensure every plate leaving the kitchen looks great. It's a

busy daytime kitchen

, especially during lunch rush, but you'll be working side by side with a supportive team that will help you learn and grow. This role is perfect for you if you're eager to sharpen your culinary skills in a positive environment

without the pressure of late-night restaurant shifts

.

What we're looking for:

Ideally, you have some experience in a commercial kitchen (or a catering qualification), but most importantly you have a

passion for cooking

and a

positive attitude

. You're the type of person who takes pride in your work, is

reliable

and punctual, and enjoys being part of a team. If you're willing to learn, follow food hygiene standards, and bring energy and enthusiasm to the kitchen each day, you'll fit right in with us!
