is seeking a Commis Chef to join the Kitchen team

As a Commis Chef your responsibilities will include:

Assist in the preparation, cooking and presentation of food to standard required within the Kitchen

Ensure the proper storage of food items Keep work area clean, safe, neat and tidy
Control the security of the Company stock and property

We are keen to hear from applicants with the following:

Food Preparation experience Ability to work as part of a team Flexibility to cover a variety of tasks in the kitchen including cleaning Ability to cover a variety of shifts, including weekends

About the Hotel

The Copthorne Hotel Aberdeen, is a beautifully maintained historic building situated in the heart of Aberdeen's West End and provides convenient access to surrounding areas. The hotel offers 87 bedrooms, all with modern amenities.

The Grain Store Bistro & Bar offers a warm and friendly atmosphere with something for everyone from our delicious menu, lighter meals are available in the bar area. Our Aberdon Function Suite, with private bar is ideal for conferences, exhibitions, private events and weddings.
