Wyndham Duchally Country Estate is set in beautiful Perthshire and is the ideal base for short breaks and overnight stops in Scotland . With 55 Self Catering Lodges and a 4 Star Country House Hotel set in 27 acres of parklands, we take great pleasure in extending the hand of traditional Highland hospitality to all our guests.

The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, basic cooking techniques, and a passion for creating delicious dishes. If you enjoy working in a fast paced environment, have the ability to work independently and within a team, and maintain consistently high standards then this may be the next role for you!

Previous Commis Chef experience in a similar restaurant is essential. The ideal person will come from a fresh food background with an emphasis on attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

To follow recipes and presentation specifications for the seasonal menus that complement the various dining options at Wyndham Duchally Country Estate. Prepare ingredients and monitor stock levels ensuring compliance with health and safety and food hygiene standards. To foster a good team spirit at all times both with kitchen and other departments within the resort. Maintain a safe and sanitary kitchen environment. Be proud of the dishes you produce and always strive to exceed guest expectations.

Salary:

The on target earning potential for this role is 30500 / per year - comprising a base hourly rate of 13.71, plus the opportunity to earn upwards of 2000 in Service Charge. As a member of the Wyndham Duchally team, you will also enjoy a fantastic range of perks, benefits and rewards.
