is a busy 3-star, 31-bedroom hotel located in the centre of Aviemore. We welcome guests all year round and pride ourselves on delivering excellent food and service. We are now looking for anexperienced Commis Chef
to join our friendly and stable kitchen team.The Role
Supporting the kitchen team in preparing and cooking a wide variety of dishes Assisting senior chefs with daily operations in a busy kitchen Maintaining high standards of food hygiene, preparation, and presentation Helping to ensure the smooth running of service during busy periods
What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a similar role is preferredHours & Pay
40 - 45 hours per week
, across 5 days out of 7 (including some split shifts) Overtime is paidStaff Benefits
