We are searching for an enthusiastic commis chef to join the Bournemouth Westcliff Hotel & Spa.
THE ROLE-
Assist in the preparation and cooking of various dishes under the guidance of the Head/ Sous Chef
Help with tasks, including chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients as required.
Follow food safety protocols to ensure the highest standards of hygiene are upheld at all times.
Maintain cleanliness throughout the kitchen
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and customer satisfaction.
Ensuring company procedures/ Health & Safety are maintained
