Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes in a high-end restaurant environment. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your culinary skills, gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry, and contribute to delivering exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Ensure all food is presented attractively and served promptly
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area in compliance with health and safety regulations
Assist with inventory management, including stock rotation and ordering supplies as needed
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service hours
Follow food safety procedures diligently, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices
Support other kitchen staff during busy periods and special events as required
Qualifications
Experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality setting
Knowledge of kitchen safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a kitchen environment
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in hotel or culinary environments is advantageous but not essential
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest service

12.50 per hour is based on over 21 years - age and experience appropriate pay rate will apply.
