Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at the 4 star AA accredited Holiday Inn London Gatwick Worth.

We have just extended our hotel with 40 family bedrooms, increasing to 158 rooms, a new build state of the art conference facility that will accommodate up to 400 guests for private dining with a brand-new banqueting kitchen & equipment to serve this area separate from the Restaurant kitchen.

Our restaurant, bar & reception areas have also been extended and refurbished to an exceptionally high standard. The new restaurant kitchen is well designed and equipped with brand new state of the art equipment. The new Terrace is equipped with a Pizza oven and BBQ for the summer months, a must see!

Reporting to our Chef de Partie's, you will be passionate about good food, highly motivated and flexible to suit the hours and needs of the business.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent food preparation skills and be able to maintain exceptional levels of cleanliness & hygiene within the kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to join a fantastic team and enjoys cooking in all areas of the kitchen.
