As a supporting Chef, you will be producing a range of quality food products with speed and efficiency, supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef with the food preparation and delivery of catering to guests, guaranteeing guest satisfaction. What will you do?

Support the Lead Chef to produce high-quality products consistently, proactively investigating and resolving any quality or food queries Collaborate with the front-of-house team to drive efficient service speeds, committing to guest service excellence Ensure sufficient store and kitchen stock, replenishing when necessary Report any breakages, accidents, losses, or potential security risks to the manager Ensure the operation complies with current health and safety, COSHH, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North's policies and standards of excellence

1+ years' related experience Basic Food Hygiene certificate; no degree required Skills in organisation, prioritisation, effective communication, active listening, team collaboration, problem solving, forward-thinking, negotiation, and leadership Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
