Working alongside our existing team of experienced chefs we will look for you to engage in daily kitchen activities such as food preparation, busy food service, cleaning and general kitchen duties as you build your skillset from regular training by our senior chef team.

You will develop a wide knowledge base , strong organisational skills and ability to work under pressure, along with a great understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures.

Italian Food and cooking knowledge is desirable, but above all we are looking for a reliable individual with a passion for continuous improvement, a desire to work with quality produce prepared from scratch and who understands the business.

Job Responsibilities:

Produces consistently high quality dishes, to the eye and mouth!

Can work both individually and as part of a team.

Assists with inventory, stock management, and purchase of produce.

Ensures food quality standards and that kitchen is in good condition.

Keeps stations clean and complies with meticulous food safety standards.

Offers suggestions and creative ideas that can improve upon the kitchen's performance with enthusiasm.

Monitors and maintains kitchen equipment within reason.

Must be confident and passionate Chef who enjoys a high-volume orders environment and can perform in a fast-paced kitchen with respect.

Salary: 12.80 per hour/ NMW/NLW dependant on age+ guaranteed tips
