Part-Time Commis Chef

to support our chefs during our busiest periods.

Role Overview:

As a Commis Chef, your main focus will be assisting with prep and service during our

busy weekend peaks

, with some

midweek shifts

as needed. You'll work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service, maintain high food standards, and help keep the kitchen running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with prep and service of breakfast and brunch dishes, particularly during peak weekend hours Support senior chefs with food preparation, plating, and maintaining consistent quality Follow food safety, hygiene, and health & safety regulations at all times Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all areas of the kitchen Help with receiving and storing deliveries Be proactive in keeping prep levels stocked and ready for the next service

What We're Looking For:

Some kitchen or food prep experience preferred (but full training provided) Willingness to work

early mornings and weekends

is essential Ability to work well under pressure during busy services A team player with good communication skills and a strong work ethic A genuine interest in food, learning, and being part of a collaborative team
