The Clermont Victoria is a stunning city centre venue close to many of London's famous landmarks and on the periphery of the busiest train station in Europe. This 345 bedroom hotel has recently undergone a 20m transformation and is a luxury 4 star deluxe hotel.

What you'll be doing

In our kitchens, we believe that delicious food served in a welcoming atmosphere is key to a memorable dining experience. As a Commis Chef, you will play an essential role in preparing and delivering a diverse range of appetizing dishes that enhance our guests' experiences.

Assist in the preparation and presentation of a variety of dishes, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation in a casual dining setting. Maintain a focus on quality, with meticulous attention to detail in every dish. Follow and adhere to all Health & Safety and Food Hygiene regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for the team. Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn from experienced chefs, gaining exposure to different cooking techniques and styles.
