, you'll support the kitchen team in delivering consistently high-quality food, learning new skills and developing your career within a fast-paced, creative environment. This is a
full-time, permanent position

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with daily food preparation and production across all sections of the kitchen.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety at all times.
Support senior chefs with mise en place and service preparation.
Follow recipes and instructions to ensure consistency and quality.
Ensure all kitchen equipment and work areas are clean, tidy, and properly maintained.
Learn and develop skills in line with the restaurant's modern British menu and kitchen practices.
Contribute to a positive, professional, and supportive kitchen environment.
About You:
Previous kitchen experience in a quality restaurant is preferred but not essential.
A genuine passion for food, cooking, and hospitality.
Eagerness to learn, take direction, and grow within a busy kitchen team.
Good awareness of kitchen hygiene, food safety, and health and safety standards.
A positive, reliable, and flexible attitude with excellent teamwork skills.
