Responsibilities

Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy periods, demonstrating strong teamwork skills. Contribute to menu planning by providing feedback on dishes and assisting with ingredient sourcing. Ensure that all kitchen equipment is cleaned and maintained properly, reporting any issues to senior staff.

Skills

Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably within a restaurant setting. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in hospitality. Supervising experience is advantageous, with an ability to lead by example within a team setting. Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. A passion for food production and an eagerness to learn from experienced chefs. Strong communication skills, fostering positive relationships with team members and management alike.
