Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of high-quality dishes under the guidance of senior chefs.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety standards.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations and timely service.
Participate in food production processes, including chopping, mixing, and cooking ingredients.
Ensure all food items are stored correctly and labelled appropriately to maintain freshness.
Assist in menu planning and development by providing input based on seasonal ingredients and trends.

Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen environment is required with a focus on food production and preparation.
Demonstrated culinary experience with a passion for cooking and creativity in dish presentation.
Supervising experience is advantageous, particularly in managing team dynamics within a busy kitchen setting.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices is essential for maintaining health standards.
