Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising and coordinating the activities of the kitchen staff
- Help with food preparation and ensure that all dishes are prepared according to recipes and quality standards
- Manage and lead a team of culinary professionals
- Oversee food production and ensure that all meals are cooked to perfection
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service
- Assist in menu planning and development
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary terminology
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others
- A passion for cooking and a strong attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
