Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during service periods. Follow instructions from chefs regarding food presentation and plating techniques. Engage in continuous learning about culinary techniques, food safety, and kitchen management practices.

Skills

Supervising experience within a kitchen environment is an advantage. Strong background in food production and preparation techniques. Proven ability to manage a team effectively while fostering a positive working atmosphere. Excellent cooking skills with a focus on quality and presentation. Previous kitchen experience is essential, with a passion for culinary arts. Familiarity with hospitality standards and customer service principles. Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and collaboration among staff members. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
