Job description

Ting Thai Caravan the Edinburgh based Thai restaurant company is expanding and looking for interested and enthusiastic chefs to join the team. With 2 bustling restaurants in Edinburgh we have expanded to Glasgow with two restaurants in the West. We have a vacancy in our Byres Road restaurant in Glasgow available now.

We are looking for candidates with some solid kitchen experience in a kitchen assistant/KP capacity, however we do train our staff and offer strong development and promotion opportunity as we are expanding fast.

All tips/gratuity is on top of basic pay as is to be expected. We offer a great working environment for all our staff and strive to ensure all are looked after well so to be able to achieve a happy work/life balance.

Some duties would include

Ensure food safety and hygiene practices are followed in the kitchen. Assist in meal preparation and presentation to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations and equipment. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.

Pay: Up to 12.40 per hour
