Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: afternoon to close
Friday and Saturday: mid morning / lunch till close
Fixed days off and Fixed holidays

What is my role as Commis Waiter/Waitress in the 3 Michelin Star Restaurant ?
The
Commis Waiter/Waitress
works alongside the Lecture Room Front of House team. They help in the preparation of service by setting up the room as well as the kitchen pass with items required for service.
During service, they deliver the food trays to the dining room for the rest of the service team and ensure the stock of items is replenished throughout.
This is the perfect role to join an award winning 3 Michelin Star team and develop your knowledge and experience to progress to a waiter role.
