As an entry-level position perfect for those with aspirations in Food and Beverage, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic team, attending to guest requests with efficiency and warmth.

Responsibilities:

Assist in providing exceptional service to guests by attending to their requests promptly and courteously. Familiarise yourself with the menus and order of service to accurately answer guest queries and make recommendations. Work closely with the team to ensure smooth service delivery and maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to coordinate food and beverage orders. Set and clear tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and tidy dining area for guests. Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and procedures to ensure the well-being of guests and colleagues. Continuously strive to improve your knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities provided by the company. Maintain a positive attitude and uphold the company's values and standards at all times.
