Job Summary

We're looking for a confident, motivated

Field Sales Representative

to grow our brand presence across dental and medical practices in the UK.

You'll be visiting practices in person, introducing ONCALL LONDON scrubs, and offering free sample sets to practice managers. The goal is to showcase the superior quality of our products and secure bulk orders to outfit entire teams.

This is a

commission-only role

with excellent earning potential for driven individuals. You'll receive full product training, marketing materials, and a curated list of dental and GP practices to contact.

Responsibilities

Visit 5-8 dental or GP practices per day across your assigned area Contact and book appointments with practice managers Present ONCALL LONDON scrubs using samples and promotional materials Offer a complimentary pair of scrubs to decision-makers Build relationships and close new business sales Keep accurate records of visits, feedback, and sales performance

Qualifications

Experience in field sales

(preferably in dental, medical, or healthcare sectors) Excellent communication and presentation skills Professional appearance and confident demeanour

Full UK driving licence

and access to a car Self-motivated and target-driven Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with clients. Demonstrated customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships. Proficient in IT applications relevant to sales processes - Excel Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. A valid driving licence is required for travel within your designated territory. Time management skills that enable you to work independently while achieving set objectives.
