As a Commodities Trade Support Analyst within the Commodities Trade Support team, you will work in the London office as part of the EMEA Operations group. Working closely with the Commodities trading and sales desks, you will provide end-to-end trade support, being a key point of contact between JPM, our vendors and clients, helping to minimize risk for the business whilst ensuring a good experience for our clients.
Job responsibilities
Acts as key point of contact for clients, trading, sales and other functional areas within JPM Actions important post-trade functions on behalf of clients and the front office Investigates, escalates and resolves trade capture issues in a timely manner Works on effective controls and reconciliations Daily interacts with partners across the business including technology, front office, back office, credit, legal and business management Will also be involved in project work and supporting the on-going change and efficiency agenda
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
Strong PC skills (including Excel) Strong technical and analytical skills Problem solving skills Proven ability to meet, and maintain tight deadlines/targets Display a flexible approach to work, is adaptable and welcoming to change Takes personal responsibility for tasks and actions Works effectively and efficiently with a focus on detail and accuracy Good prioritization and time management skills Excellent client service skills * Experience in Physical Gas and Power markets
