As Signal's Communications Management function continues to grow, we are seeking a Team Lead to take ownership of workload management and team performance within their team. This role will focus on day-to-day delivery excellence, team development, and ensuring quality standards are maintained across all communications management projects.
The Team Lead role is essential to maintaining delivery excellence and team effectiveness within Signal's Communications Management function. You will manage workload distribution across your developer team, act as the day-to-day escalation point for delivery issues, and provide hands-on coaching to team members. Working closely with the Service Delivery Lead and broader delivery teams, you will ensure your team delivers high-quality work while continuously developing their capabilities.
This role offers opportunities to develop your leadership skills while remaining closely connected to technical delivery. You will balance operational management responsibilities with supporting your team's professional growth, contributing to Signal's reputation for exceptional customer communication experiences.
