About the Role:



We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Communications and Events Executive to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, coordinating, and executing brand communications across a range of formats and events. If you're enthusiastic, hands-on, and passionate about creating impactful content, we'd love to hear from you!

Main Responsibilities:



Internal Communications

- execute the internal communications plan, working with HR and other internal stakeholders to communicate important messages to the business and keep people informed using the Revive brand and communications channels

Customer Experience

- review and optimise existing and new customer, member and intermediary communications, including customer journeys. Ensuring any new customer touch points and communications are effective and on-brand

Events

- support the marketing management team in delivering digital and in-person events, in line with the events plan. Liaise with relevant marketing teams and other departments to maximise pre & post event opportunities to deliver lead generation and brand awareness. Where attendance is required, ensure that everyone attending has everything they need for the event to run smoothly

Awards

- plan and draft compelling awards submissions in line with criteria and objectives to put Health Shield in a position to win awards that underpin the vision of being the best Cash Plan provider in the UK. Manage the attendance of awards to ensure the right people from the business can attend.

Social Media

- plan and deliver a social media strategy that delivers an engaged audience to grow awareness and knowledge of Health Shield.

Sales Support

- work with the sales team to ensure they have the materials they need to effectively deliver across the voluntary, direct and intermediary channels.

Content

- Assist the content producer in delivering content that supports the marketing plan and delivers a compelling message

PR

- Support PR activity where required, including providing content and liaising with agency contacts to deliver PR opportunities

Team support

- support the marketing team with sign off and admin tasks where required

Stakeholder management

- working with internal and external stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes

About You:



To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills, knowledge & qualifications:

Essential



Strong communication skills Excellent grammar, spelling and communication skills Ability to work with others and on own initiative Experience with organising and writing awards submissions and awards attendance Proven ability at managing social media channels Experience co-ordinating events Excellent planning and organisational skills Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Positive demeanour with a can-do attitude Experience in a marketing centric role Experience with B2B marketing campaigns Knowledge of customer journey implementation Understanding of marketing metrics and ability to translate into new ideas Experience of creating digital content to support social outreach Experience of marketing automation (Salesforce / HubSpot)

Desirable



Awareness of FCA regulations Knowledge of the health and wellbeing market

Qualifications



Marketing degree or qualification preferred

Pay: Up to 32,000.00 per year
