Summary



Dot-The-Eye Ltd are looking to employ a motivated and hardworking individual to join our Communications Team. Our company has a proven track record in managing Professional Associations and providing them with the tools for success in their business sector. Much of this work is done through printed and online publications and media.

Key Responsibilities



The key responsibilities of a Communications and Marketing Team Member include, but are not limited to: Content creation including copy for newsletters, magazines, press releases, brochures, website etc (including article writing and content layout) Planning and producing social media content and copy Manage social media accounts Creation of marketing materials Day-to-day admin Email marketing Assist with event planning and preparation

The Person



The key skills and qualities of a Communications and Marketing Team Member are:

Proven success in writing content for publication either in printed or posted content At least 1 year of working in a business environment A clear and established level of competency in written English Good organisational and time management skills Flexible and willing to accept changes in priorities as necessary Knowledge of design software (eg. Adobe InDesign or Affinity Publisher) Effective, clear and professional communication skills, both written and oral Some knowledge of managing social media (particularly LinkedIn and Twitter) Attention to detail Ability to simultaneously work on different projects for different clients Ability to work flexibly, either alone or as part of a team Established knowledge and skills in Microsoft Office programs Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4 or above
