Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a communications strategy aligned with company vision and values
Create, manage, and approve content including press releases, blogs, newsletters, and op-eds
Build and maintain relationships with media, franchisees, partners, and stakeholders
Drive positive local and national media coverage to raise brand visibility
Craft key messages and briefing materials for internal projects and media interviews
Ensure consistent, on-brand messaging across all materials
Write compelling award submissions
Handle media enquiries, coordinate interviews, and provide interview coaching as needed
Lead crisis communications planning and response
Design and deliver PR and communications training for franchise network
Manage communications and PR budget and resources
Lead and support the offline marketing team
What We're Looking For:
A qualification in communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field
3 - 5 years of proven experience in communications and PR
Evidence of enhancing brand image through strategic, multi-layered messaging and strong media relationships
In depth knowledge of current communications and PR trends, including digital and social media
A strong writer who is quickly able to adopt and enhance brand tone
Strategic, analytical thinker with creativity and strong attention to detail
Collaborative team player skilled at engaging internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive under pressure and independent
Occasional travel will be required across our UK franchise network to provide in person support via coaching and/or workshops. Attendance to our annual conference and stakeholder meetings with delivery partners will also be required. Travel and accommodation will be fully expensed
