About the role
We have an exciting opportunity in our Central Operations team supporting the Retail Communications Manager in developing and delivering the Retail Communications Plan; creating engaging, concise and accurate B2B marketing collateral to inform and educate stores on business initiatives and industry developments; and monitoring campaign performance, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
This role will be based out of our High Wycombe office with regular travel to our Head Office in Wellingborough required.
You will be responsible for
Working with the Retail Communications Manager to design and implement a communications strategy across all retail brands.
Creating B2B marketing collateral for stores to communicate business initiatives and drive store engagement, including daily, weekly and seasonal communications across email, WhatsApp, web and SMS.
Producing clear and concise store communications on major issues to minimise disruption to store operations.
Assisting with updating and maintaining the Store Communications Planner, planning activity and communications accordingly.
To produce reports that monitor campaign performance and make recommendations for improvement.
Helping to identify and implement common ways of working across all retail brands to streamline the communications process.
You will need
Previous experience in a communications, marketing, retail support or administrative role.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise and accurate content for a B2B audience.
Strong attention to detail and proofreading.
Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders across different teams and levels of the business.
Good IT skills, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, as well as cross functionally with multiple departments.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced retail environment.
