About the Role



This is a

full-time, immediate start

position ideal for someone with strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. You'll support both internal and external communications, help keep stakeholders informed, and ensure messaging is clear, consistent, and on-brand.

Key responsibilities:



Supporting external communication such as newsletters, briefings, and reports Coordinating team meetings and assisting with event communication Proofreading and formatting documents and presentations Liaising with different departments to gather and share key information Assisting with administrative communication tasks as needed

What We're Looking For



Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail Confident working with multiple stakeholders across a business Ability to adapt messaging to suit different audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Word and PowerPoint) Prior experience in an administrative, communications, or coordinator role (preferred but not essential)
