The Opportunity ?
Are you a curious and creative graduate looking to kick-start your career in communications? Join our newly established Communications Team at IAG Loyalty - set up in Autumn 2024- as we build a centre of excellence spanning internal comms, external media, employer branding, engagement, events, and corporate storytelling.
Reporting to our Corporate Communications Partner, you'll work across a variety of projects that will fast-track your experience in a dynamic, supportive team of specialists. If you're eager to learn, ready to get stuck in, and want to shape how we connect with our people and the outside world, this is the role for you.
What You'll Be Doing Campaign Crafting: Support the delivery of internal and external campaigns: bringing fresh ideas and taking ownership of key projects in our communications calendar.
Creative Storytelling: Help shape how we tell our story as we evolve from a B2B to a B2C brand- whether that's through media pitches, LinkedIn content, or speaking opportunities for leaders.
Team Operations: Manage our communications diary, ensuring it's up to date and accurately reflects our plans across multiple teams.
Results & Impact: Coordinate reporting across channels like LinkedIn and media coverage-tracking the success of our campaigns and proving the impact of our work.
Event Support: Get involved in the planning and delivery of events, liaising with suppliers and supporting logistics on the day.
Comms Research: Dig into trends and topics to shape stories, support award submissions, and assess the value of IAG Loyalty's presence at key industry events.
Admin & Coordination: Assist with day-to-day team operations--raising purchase orders, speaking to suppliers, and coordinating diaries across stakeholders.
What We're Looking For A self-starter with an appetite to learn and grow in the world of communications.
A natural storyteller- curious, creative, and confident in finding compelling ways to connect with different audiences.
Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple priorities.
Great written and verbal communication skills, with a strong sense of tone and attention to detail.
Comfortable using (or excited to learn) digital tools that support modern comms, from project management platforms to social media and design tools.
A collaborative team player who brings energy, ideas, and a willingness to contribute to a high-performing team
