As part of our Communications and EDI team, you'll support the delivery of key campaigns, social media, and website activities. You'll improve our communications through measurement and review.

What you'll be doing:

Working with Communications Partners to plan, manage, and support varied projects and campaigns. Producing creative content for digital channels such as the website, social media, emailers, and videos. Suggesting areas for improvement, using data and insight from our audiences. Monitoring social media and websites for risks, escalating concerns where necessary. Advising colleagues on best communication methods and channels.

What we're looking for:

Excellent communications skills. Experience of collaborating with a range of customers. Experience withing Marketing and Communications, or Digital Marketing, would be ideal but isn't essential.
