We provide tailored air and ocean freight solutions, working closely with leading airlines, carriers, and global clients. With growing international operations, we are seeking a Communications & Digital Media Officer to strengthen our corporate communications, support stakeholder engagement, and enhance our reputation across global markets.

Role Purpose

The Communications & Digital Media Officer will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering RIV's communications strategy across internal and external channels. The role ensures consistent and professional communication with clients, carriers, trade partners, and stakeholders. It includes producing corporate communications, managing digital platforms, and supporting senior management with effective messaging.

Key Responsibilities

? Develop and implement communication strategies to support RIV's international growth and client engagement.
? Create and manage corporate communications, including newsletters, service updates, press releases, website content, and LinkedIn posts.
? Prepare communication materials for senior management and recommend messaging approaches for external stakeholders.
? Oversee external communication channels (website, LinkedIn, client bulletins), ensuring consistency with RIV's brand and professional standards.
? Prepare and distribute communications during operational events (e.g., customs issues, strikes, service delays).
? Produce supporting materials (presentations, briefings, client updates) to enhance client engagement and trust.
? Monitor and report on industry news, media coverage, and client feedback, providing insight to management.
? Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, industry standards, and regulatory requirements in all communications.

Qualifications & Experience

? Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
? Postgraduate qualification in Digital Marketing, Media, or Business Communications (advantage).
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Ability to produce clear and engaging content for different audiences.
? Familiarity with digital communication tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar).
? Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines.

? Prior experience in logistics or other client-facing industries (desirable).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
