Communications Executive
12 month fixed term contract, Full-time (37.5 hours, Monday to Friday)
Hybrid working with 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home

As Communications Executive, you'll play a vital role in managing and enhancing our content platform, Tribe. Tribe is accessible to nearly 3,000 users across our distribution, lenders and providers within the industry as a crucial platform to engage, communicate and share knowledge, trends and resources with the community through highly engaging content across video, podcasts and blogs. You will proofread and present content, videos and articles while coordinating the content calendar efficiently, managing platform maintenance and generating insightful reports to share with key stakeholders.Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate content pillars, filming schedules, and publishing calendar
  • Execute ad hoc email campaigns and manage sponsor advertisements
  • Draft and proofread various communications (emails, articles, scripts)
  • Coordinate communication plans for launches to our distribution including partner updates, key business projects and events
  • Support weekly media meetings, filming sessions, and content discussions
  • Maintain platform operations, including user management and audits
  • Generate weekly reports and prepare review documents for executive meetings
  • Develop and maintain communication processes for stakeholders
  • Enhance user engagement through communication strategies and initiatives
