We are seeking a versatile Communications Executive to support a wide range of marketing and communication activities. In this role, you will help deliver multi?channel campaigns, manage social media content, and contribute to the creation of engaging written and visual materials. You will assist with website updates, support event coordination, and work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent, effective communication across all platforms.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a varied workload, is confident working across digital and traditional media, and is happy to step in and support the wider team when needed.
Role Responsibilities
Oversee multi?channel marketing campaigns across TV, radio, print, digital, social, and direct marketing
Manage the company's organic and paid social media activity, including content creation, blogs/vlogs, and community monitoring
Maintain and update the company website, media packs, and PR assets such as photography and video
Co?ordinate marketing materials for sales and aftersales, and support dealer marketing programmes using data and analytics
Build and manage relationships with media, stakeholders, and event partners, including use of demo vehicles and press fleet tools
Ad hoc duties as required - willingness to assist other team members during busy periods.
Experience
Demonstrable experience with working in a marketing and/or commercial environment
Auto experience would be an advantage, but not essential
Salesforce experience is desirable
Used to working in small business environment
Education requirements
Minimum of 5 GCSEs at level 4/C or above (or equivalent)
Educated to degree level preferred, but not essential
Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required
Highly organised with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with ease
An ambitious, self-starter that is keen to learn and take on new challenges
Knowledge of social media channels
Good agency management skills
Creative writing skills and content production, including the use of Adobe
Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
