Hybrid - 3 days per week at our Head Office, Tankersley, Barnsley (S75 3DH)

Salary:

33,000 - 38,000 (DOE)

Hours:

40 hours per week

The Role




As

Communications Executive

, you'll play a key role in shaping and delivering industry-targeted (B2B) communications across multiple channels. Working closely with the Head of Communications and Senior Communications Manager, you'll help bring our stories, campaigns, and insights to life -- engaging industry partners and strengthening CSG's profile.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role for a confident communicator who enjoys creating compelling content, analysing performance, and spotting opportunities to improve impact. You'll have the autonomy to test new ideas while supporting a wider strategic communications plan.

What You'll Be Doing



Supporting the Head of Communications and Senior Communications Manager to deliver end-to-end, industry-focused communications activity. Creating, delivering, and optimising content across multiple platforms, including: Social media (LinkedIn - business and individual profiles) Paid digital channels PPC, website content, business presentations, and PR support Monitoring channel performance using available analytics and providing insight-led recommendations. Using a test-and-learn approach to suggest new content ideas and formats. Producing monthly industry communications reports for internal stakeholders, summarising performance, insights, and upcoming activity. Collaborating with internal design teams, external creative agencies, and media agencies to deliver engaging campaigns. Staying reactive to industry news and social conversations to ensure timely, relevant content.

Requirements



What We're Looking For



Proven experience in marketing and/or communications. Experience delivering communications across social media and/or digital channels. Excellent copywriting skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. Confidence working collaboratively across teams and with external partners. Strong reporting and analytical skills, with the ability to turn data into insight. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Google Analytics experience is desirable but not essential.
