We're recruiting for a Communications Manager to join us. At Legal & General Affordable Homes, we're reshaping the future of affordable housing. As part of the wider Legal & General Group, we're committed to delivering high-quality homes through strategic partnerships, with a focus on Shared Ownership and affordable rent. We're looking for a dynamic Communications Manager to help us tell our story, engage our audiences, and elevate our brand across the sector.
What you'll be doing:

  • Leading and delivering communications plans across B2B and B2C audiences
  • Overseeing PR agency relationships and securing positive media coverage
  • Creating compelling content and case studies to enhance brand reputation
  • Developing and optimising internal communication channels and content
  • Acting as the first point of contact for crisis communications and managing responses
  • Driving social media strategy and staying ahead of digital trends
  • Using analytics tools to interpret data and inform communications strategy
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
  • Bringing experience in digital communications and content creation
  • Demonstrating excellent copywriting and proofreading skills
  • Managing multiple campaigns across platforms with a proactive mindset
  • Communicating confidently and clearly across diverse teams and audiences
  • Showing creativity in turning complex topics into engaging stories
  • Using CMS and social media tools with confidence
  • Understanding multimedia content best practices, including video and infographics
  • Holding a relevant degree or equivalent experience in communications or PR
