About the Opportunity



We're building Revizto's global corporate Communications function from the ground up to raise the profile of Revizto with key audiences and tell a compelling and consistent story to all of our stakeholders. We're looking for a curious, creative and dynamic individual to report into our Global Head of Communications & PR. It's a new team that's lean, but we aim to punch above our weight and make an outsized impact.





As Communications Manager you'll drive public relations, social media, and Tier 1 campaign initiatives. This role involves building and scaling a global media strategy aligned with brand values while collaborating across the company to drive external communications for product, corporate, and customer news. Where You Will Make a Difference



Campaign Development

+ Collaborate with internal teams to conceptualize and execute creative and targeted campaigns like trends reports, bespoke pitches and global case studies
+ Support the Brand & Content team in delivering Revizto newsletter, helping to turn it into a best-in-class thought leadership vehicle
+ Analyze campaign performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve effectiveness

Public Relations (PR)

+ Support our agency partners to cultivate and maintain relationships with key media outlets, industry analysts, and influencers
+ Support our press office, by developing press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
+ Work with our spokespeople to elevate their profiles, identifying opportunities like speaking engagements, podcast interviews, written op-eds

Social Media Management

+ Develop and execute a global social media strategy to grow and cultivate an engaged online community
+ Partner with Content Manager, to create and manage a centralized process and calendar for LinkedIn Posts
+ Partner with the Brand & Content team to create engaging content like graphics and videos to drive audience growth and engagement
+ Monitor social media trends, influencers, and analytics to optimize performance and inform future strategies

Internal Communications

+ Create content for internal newsletters, announcements, and events
Collaborate with HR and leadership to promote company culture and employer brand

Who You Are



At least 5 years of experience in B2B communications/PR; SaaS start-up experience is highly desirable Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management skills Experience working with journalists and influencers Strong understanding and passion for social media & community development (namely LinkedIn) Strong understanding of how to use generative AI tools to ideate and improve content Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Equally creative and commercially-minded Experience working in international environments, collaborating across cultures and time zones High level of cultural awareness; a pproachable and collaborative English proficiency must be at a native both spoken and written
