Join Sodexo Government's Agencies and Property Professional Services (APPS) team, where you'll develop and execute a strategic communications plan, managing internal, external, and client messaging to drive awareness and strengthen relationships. Your efforts will also enhance our brand and support business growth, making a significant impact on our mission to serve public sector clients.
Whatyou'll do:

  • Develop and implement a communications strategy that supports APPS's business objectives and engages key audiences.
  • Create and deliver client communications to showcase the value of APPS and maintain strong relationships.
  • Lead on employee communications, crafting engaging content that informs, inspires, and connects our teams.
  • Support external PR and reputation management, working with regional teams to develop case studies, press releases, and social media content.
  • Drive engagement and brand awareness, ensuring all communications align with Sodexo's identity and values.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business growth, operational challenges, and change communications.
  • Track and measure the impact of communications, continuously refining and improving strategies.
What you bring:
  • 5+ years' experience in corporate communications, internal communications, or PR (in-house or agency-side).
  • Strong storytelling, writing, and content creation skills across multiple channels.
  • Experience delivering communications for change programmes and business transformation.
  • Confidence in stakeholder engagement, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships.
  • Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, creative approach with attention to detail.
  • Desirable: Experience in the FM industry or working within a large, complex organisation.
