Our Role




Are you curious about how stories are told, how brands connect with people, and how creative ideas come to life? Join us as a

Communications Apprentice

and be part of a team that's shaping how we communicate across the business from internal updates to public campaigns.


This is a hands-on opportunity to learn, grow and contribute to real projects in a fast-paced, supportive environment. You'll work with experienced professionals and get involved in everything from writing content to creating videos, supporting events, and engaging with stakeholders.

What You'll Be Doing



Writing and editing content for emails, intranet, social media and presentations Creating visual and multimedia content (graphics, videos, photos) Supporting internal and external campaigns from recruitment to cyber awareness Sharing ideas in team meetings to improve how we communicate Helping to manage and update our digital platforms Monitoring media and social media, and helping with reporting
Providing admin support to both internal and external comms teams

What You'll Learn



A nationally recognised

Level 3 qualification

in Communications or PR Skills in writing, editing, media relations, stakeholder engagement and digital tools Coaching and mentoring from experienced professionals Exposure to high-profile projects in a sector investing billions in clean energy
Confidence in collaboration, creativity and communication

Who We're Looking For




We're not expecting you to know everything we're here to help you learn! If you're:

Minimum GCSE in Maths & English Language at Level 4 or above Enthusiastic, proactive and ready to grow Interested in communications, media or PR A strong communicator (written and verbal) Organised, detail-oriented and creative Comfortable using Microsoft Office and digital tools Someone who enjoys working with others and sharing ideas
Bonus: experience with graphic design, video editing or podcasting
