Tarff Valley is looking for a creative and enthusiastic
Communications & Marketing Assistant
to work alongside its
Communications & Marketing Manager
to help bring marketing and communications plans to life. If you're someone who enjoys thinking ahead, coming up with fresh ideas and getting hands on with campaigns, this role could be a great fit. You'll play a key part in growing the company's brand, connecting with our members, customers and staff and supporting exciting projects and events throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in producing engaging content, including social media posts, press releases, newsletters and website copy.
Assist in the planning, execution and monitoring of advertising and promotional campaigns across multiple channels to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Assist with the management of social media accounts, create digital content and optimise online presence to reach target audiences effectively.
Assist Communications & Marketing Manager in coordinating PR initiatives, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and manage media enquiries.
Provide insights on campaign performance and report back to the Communications & Marketing Manager.
Book and arrange show stands, events and meetings.
Organise printed materials, stationery etc with external suppliers.
Support seasonal campaigns throughout the calendar year.
What We're Looking For
Attention to detail essential.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven proficiency in digital marketing (including social media and email marketing).
Strong content creation skills (writing, editing and basic graphic design).
Strategic thinking and the ability to translate objectives into actionable plans.
Excellent organisational and project management skills.
Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of agricultural related matters would be an advantage.
Open to full or part time position. Full time salary based on 40 hours a week is 25,396.80 (Part Time will be pro rata).
