We're looking for a Communications and Marketing Manager to help and support with the delivery a bold and ambitious transformation of children's social care. This is your chance to be part of a high-profile, cross-government programme that's reshaping how families are supported through Family Help, multi-agency Child Protection, and Family Group Decision Making.
What you'll do:
Lead on communications, engagement, marketing, digital, and brand activity for the Families First Partnership Programme.
Work closely with senior leaders, safeguarding partners, and stakeholders to deliver clear, impactful messaging.
Provide expert advice on media relations, digital strategy, and community engagement.
Help shape the narrative of a once-in-a-generation transformation programme.

Until 31st March 2026 employees paid at Band D and above are subject to a temporary pay reduction of 1.15% spread out by means of a monthly deduction from each pay period over the full financial year.
