Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Communications Officer to join our growing communications team. This role will support a dual-brand structure within our organization, playing a key part in developing and executing effective communication strategies.

Job Purpose:


The Communications Officer will play a key role in supporting internal and external communications efforts, ensuring consistent messaging across all platforms. You'll work closely with various teams to create engaging content and drive campaigns that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:



Content Creation & Campaigns:

Develop and deliver communications materials, including web copy, social media posts, press releases, and newsletters. Support internal and external campaigns to engage target audiences and meet business objectives.
Digital & Social Media:

Manage digital content across channels and monitor social media engagement to boost visibility and brand alignment. Track performance of digital campaigns and provide recommendations for improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement:

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure messaging supports business goals. Build relationships with external partners to enhance brand awareness.
Event & Outreach Support:

Assist in planning and executing events and outreach activities. Provide media relations support, including press interviews and content creation.
Reporting & Evaluation:

Measure and report on campaign effectiveness, using insights to inform future strategies.

Skills & Experience:



Proven experience in a communications or marketing role, ideally within a fast-paced, service-focused, or niche sector. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to create compelling, clear, and concise content across various formats (web, email, social media, print). Experience in social media management and digital content creation (Google Analytics, SEO, and email marketing tools are a plus). Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines. Experience working with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to create and deliver impactful campaigns. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, showing initiative and a problem-solving mindset. Knowledge of communications best practices and the latest industry trends.

Desirable Qualifications:



Degree or qualification in Communications, Marketing, or related field. Familiarity with CMS and graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
