As a

Communication Specialist

(internal title Communications Associate) at RiverStone International, you will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the organisation's internal and external communication efforts. You will collaborate across departments to deliver consistent, effective messaging aligned with our visual identity and communication strategy. While the focus is primarily on internal communications, you will also contribute to updating marketing materials as needed.

This is a hands-on role that requires strong coordination skills, especially during the rollout of high-impact communication programmes across multiple locations. You'll be responsible for helping organise and execute key initiatives, working closely with various departments, senior leadership teams and external partners to ensure smooth delivery.

You'll also be expected to demonstrate proficiency in digital platforms such as

SharePoint, Microsoft Sway

, and other

content management systems

, using these tools to create, manage and maintain engaging content.

Job responsibilities



Technical proficiency:


Confidently manage platforms such as WordPress, SharePoint, and Microsoft Sway. Generate web analytics reports to evaluate communication effectiveness and inform future content strategies.

Content creation:


Craft clear, engaging, and visually consistent content across internal channels. Apply your eye for design to maintain the organisation's agreed visual identity and tone of voice.

Stakeholder interaction:


Communicate effectively with senior stakeholders and external agencies to align on messaging, gather input, and provide updates on communication initiatives.

Coordination and execution:


Support the planning and delivery of communication rollouts across office locations. Coordinate logistics, liaise with stakeholders, and ensure consistent execution of programmes.

Collaborative work:


Support the Senior Manager - Global Brand and Communications on delivering brand communication strategy across the Group, partner with internal teams to understand their communication needs, offer guidance, and sign off on department-led communications to ensure alignment and quality.

Administrative duties:


Maintain communications guidelines for employees, manage the communications calendar and internal communication inbox, assist in coordination of face to face activities and support external agency collaboration on social media activities.

Marketing material updates:


Assist in updating and maintaining marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and internal promotional materials.

Job Requirements



Four years experience in communications role, with similar responsibilities in either the financial services or professional services industry Proficient in WordPress, SharePoint, Microsoft Sway, and other content management systems. Strong writing (including creative briefs) and editing skills with a focus on clarity, tone, and engagement. Experience of applying a good eye for design and aesthetics, with the ability to follow brand visual identity. Experience coordinating multi-site communication rollouts or initiatives. Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and external agencies. Organised, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Solid understanding of internal communications best practices and trends. Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.

Working hours
Our standard working hours are from 09.30 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. Full time employees are to be in the office for 3 days per week, with 2 days working from home
