What's ahead?





We're looking to make some key changes--revamping our internal and external communications with the power of digital tools. You'll play a key role in ensuring ideas are implemented and supporting with the refresh of our Communications Strategy.


Your role as Communications Team Leader:





You'll lead a small team of Officers within our Engagement and Communications team who support the delivery of our Communications and Tenant Voice Strategies, and will work closely will all areas of the business to ensure effective engagement internally and externally. You will manage a team who are the engine behind our news, digital content, multimedia storytelling, and graphic design.


What you'll do:




Collaborate with teams across the organisation to craft campaigns, content, videos, and case studies. Ensure a consistent, engaging narrative across all channels. Write with flair--whether it's a press release, a feature story, or a social media post. Turn everyday work into inspiring stories that resonate with tenants and colleagues alike. Be the go-to expert for media enquiries and strategic messaging.
